Worth staying, but only if you get a good deal. Facilities are quite outdated and there were stains on the walls, but it's easy to look past when you want a convenient, affordable place to stay on a night out.

I stayed here a night and its a great place. Very central location and close to lots of places to eat and drink. It's walking distance to the city centre just across the river and close to the Queeensland Cultural Centre if you're looking to see a performance. Clean, tidy, and well equipped rooms. Free overnight parking across the room which was great. Would recommend staying here.

Three couples booked apartments from 01/12/23 through to 05/12/23. Each apartment was disgusting some more than others. Ours in particular had stains on carpet and lounges, hairs on bathroom, urine on bathroom wall above the toilet. Old outdated amenities, televisions without any smart capabilities and missing remotes. Banging on the walls and other guests heard most hours of the day. The pool is quite small and was not cleaned during our stay, the 'gym' is a pathetic treadmill and a bike. The only positive was the proximity to some nice eateries and Southbank. Would not book here again nor recommend to any friends or family. Oh the rooms all smell faintly from the drains too. One couples luggage was leaked on by the air conditioner too.

This hotel is owned by a European company. If you book online you will receive a separate international fee on top of what you paid for your booking. The apartment was nice enough and about 8/10 clean. Aircon in the apartment was very good. Our room was quite spacious with a large balcony and it included a lot of kitchenware. There were no streaming services included. The gym is a 2mx2m with an exercise bike and a treadmill and nothing else. Would probably stay again but not for more than three nights.

Price was affordable and location is good but unfortunately that’s the only up side. We booked 4 rooms in total, 3 of them were for 2 weeks, initially they put us in what seemed like the worst room in the whole building. Worn down and ac was leaking all over the place. However they managed to switch our room once we complained. All rooms had a poor bathroom design, water was always leaking out from the shower cubicle into the bathroom because the glass doors aren’t sealed properly. Hallway smelt of garbage from the garbage chute for 2 days at one point and the smell was leaking into the rooms that were right across it. Was also very noisey being situated right next to the garbage chute. They shouldn’t put guests in those rooms. The white lady at the service desk was rude and unaccommodating, it almost seemed like she was racist.wont be visiting again.

Great apartment in South Brisbane for under $100? Yes please. Fish lane on the doorstep, South Bank just a stroll away. Has everything you need including washer/ dryer. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Reasonable stay. Rooms in need of some TLC (paint job etc), and could have more comfy furnishings, but cheap for location, I guess? Despite reception being open, 5 phone calls long rings and no answer which brings service down. Perhaps they need to pick up and put you on hold? Otherwise, good location, and affordable.

Great location. Only negative was the living area in the 2 BR apartment is very small with lounge seating only for 2 people. The one BR apartments are more spacious. Staff are very helpful. Location is fantastic - walking distance to Southbank and Suncorp Stadium.
